“I met Naomi through her remedial massages, and she suggested I might like to come along to one of the retreats. What I found was an articulate, engaging, intelligent and fun group of ladies of varying ages who were welcoming and inclusive. I feel thankful and privileged to have attended this weekend away. Naomi and Kay created a warm, nurturing environment in which we were able to explore our minds and bodies. From the stretching, yogalates and meditation, to the ball games and paint and sip, I enjoyed it all. The delicious catering, and the way the weekend just flowed, is testament to the amount of thoughtful planning that Naomi and Kay obviously put into this. They are excellent at what they do and I couldn’t recommend them highly enough.”
