Remedial massage is a combination of deep tissue massage, trigger point release, muscle stretching, PNF techniques & relaxation all in an environment of comfort with your supportive massage therapist.

02 — Pregnancy Massage: 60 minutes $110, 75min $135, 90min $160

Naomi is experienced & qualified to give pregnancy massage in all trimesters. A specially carved pillow supports your pregnant body during the early months & side-lying with a full-body pillow allows for a comfortable massage in the later months. Naomi has 4 adult kids (including twins) & compassion for your pregnant body.

03 — Swedish: 75 minutes $135, 90min $160, 2 hours $230

Massages should all feel relaxing & Naomi has a beautiful room with air conditioning, soft light & music that is both relaxing & enjoyable. All massages include a complementary back exfoliation (truly delightful).

04 — Assisted Stretching: 30 minutes $70

A special interest of Naomi is teaching you how to do table-top stretching, partner-assisted stretching & movement in general. This enables you to have more control & more easily deepen those difficult stretches with simple techniques.
